Go into the AA website and check it out.
You can cancel when it comes to pay so you can look at all the options.
I bought 2 tickets Bali to Perth a while back (we flew 11 April 11). I found it easy. There are optional extras and you tick the boxes. Here is what we paid
Two tickets 1558000.00 IDR
Sub Total 1558000.00 IDR
Services & Fees
2 x AirAsia Insure OneWay 40000.00 IDR
2 x Convenience Fee 0.00 IDR
2 x Pick A Seat 150000.00 IDR
2 x Xtra Large - up to 30kg 300000.00 IDR
Sub Total 490000.00 IDR
Total Amount 2048000.00 IDR
What a bargain, compared to seats on flights to or from Melbourne.
I chose the insurance option (we already had CoverMore) as it included some cover if the Air Asia flight was cancelled or delayed and for 40000rp, less than au$5, why not?
We sat front row and the aircraft, near new, left on time.
I have paid more than au$100 for xs baggage to Melb so paying 300,000rp for 20kg was a bargain.
We have usually stayed in tegal Sari in Ubud and have found it faultless.
Give it a go Baligranny, book it yourself. You will find more of Bali opens up to you and your experience.
