from the HIGHLY REGULATED & HONEST agents in Australia. In Bali no exclusive or sole agent agreements. The owners play the agents against each other & agents play buyers against each other. Any person, agent or not, knows about properties for sale & tries to get some of the action. From what I have seen Ray White has a fair share of the market.
