I tried three times to get the dates I wanted on three different trips (booking 6 months in advance) and nope I couldnt get the dates or the resort I wanted. I was offered a place at Candi Dasa but said I didnt want that area. Finally I got a refund as it was nearly 24 months since I had purchased the offer. I was really shocked to get a refund but certainly happy with the outcome.
