Stayed there two months ago in the three bedroom villa, the location is 2-3 minute walk to eat street, 10 minute walk to beach. The whole place is in good condition,breakfast is terrible not buffet,you only get one serving which is small. Food in general at the mutiara was pretty poor, cleaning of our villa was worse than the food they did it at really strange times, on a couple of occasions we had to call them at 6 or 7 in the evening to make beds and get fresh towells. The worst thing about the villas are the cats that roam around when you are in bed, i got up one night at 2 and counted 14 cats roaming around the kitchen and laying on the two lounges,walking along the benches where breakfast is prepared in the villas. Anytime someone got room service the plates were put outside the villa door and were there for days.I know it may be a harsh assessment but just trying to give you the heads up, the hotel side of it may be totally different. Good location bad service. hope this helps you
