well, if we are talking Clubs, you should go to Embargo, Eikon or Sky Garden. Vi Ai Pi seem a little too stiff for me.
If you are looking for a chilled out Bar you can go to Surfer Bar.
Lately, my friends and I are sick the Street cause of too much drunken people and its not fun anymore, boring. We go Bali Rock Cafe at Melasti Street in Legian still. They got Live Band and other fun Entertainment. Good Luck! ;)
