I take extra wine with me (usually about 6 - 8 bottles) sometimes they wave you through and other times have paid upto $50 "duty" (in total not per bottle). Before you could try to hide it but now as they xray everything in front of you I've found it easier just to declare it.
Bottled wine is so expensive in Bali I find it worthwhile (I'm not sure how much a cask is).
Some of my friends take a cask and $20 seems to be the going rate.
