I think you have to leave Bali to find white paradise beaches.
For ex. you can go to Karimunjawa Islands north of Java or the Togean Islands at Sulawesi.
On the southern tip of Bali at Nusa Dua you have Gegger Beach which is nice, there is a couple of nice beaches close to Padang Bai on the east coast too. Or you can take a ferry 30 min. to Nusa Lembongan or a fast boat 2.5 h to the Gilis outside Lombok.
The beaches at Bali isn't what you will call beautyful white beaches bur they are beautyful in a different way. Often you can see the giant volcanoes in the background for ex. which is breathtaking.
