make sure you go to fixed price places like Geneva for homewares and Ketuts for clothing.
Even if u don't buy anything (although I would like to see that!) it tells you what the pretty much bottom price you should pay for that article.
Even then, when u kno wwhat the price is, they try to sway you with arguments like their article is better quality (and sometimes they are ) etc. At least this way, if you pay more then it is because you really wanted it.
And don't make the mistake on walking away for 5000rp (60c) if it is something you really wanted because you might never see that particular item again or waste precious time looking for it everywhere else.
lastly, if they really want to sell it to you then they will call you back when you walk away. If they don't call you back then it is sending you a msg.
