I personally would speak to a Travel Dr as they keep up to date with exactly what is needed. Do a search on the www for 1 that is close to you. My kids have been travelling to Bali since babies and the Travel Dr I go to would not vaccinate for Typhoid or Hep A until they were 5. With Hep A if you have the 1st shot and then a booster within 12 mths it gives you around 20 years of immunity. Typhoid I think is every 3 years but our Travel Dr contacts us when we are due now. Also don't just think about your 3 yo think about yourselves as well.
