Hi Emma, we had the same discussion with our GP we have not been back for 7 years and it is our 5 year olds first time (11 weeks and 5 days to go). He told me as long as we were staying in the populated tourist area's and not venturing out to remote area's for a long period he wouldn't worry about any additional vaccinations also being careful with what we eat and where we eat. So on his advice I am not going to bother. Hope this helps with your decision.
