Hi. I had a pair of boots made. A great job. I picked something from the display (same design, different size, different colour) so that I could visualize what they would look like. The boots were made of soft leather. Turned out great but I did have to get a rubber sole bit put on the under front of each boot when I returned home. The bottom was made from leather which made it slippery and the leather wears quickly on the bottom. The low heel I had was fine and did not need anything further added back at home. I gave them a week to make them but sure they would do it quicker for you.
They spoke good english and nothing was a hassle. Enjoy. Cheers.
