I have been to Bali many times without a hitch but last year I bought a Sterling Silver chuncky chain for my Son as a special gift for his 21st birthday. It was from a "proper" silver shop in Jalan Legian. I have taken it to several jewellers here and have been advised that it is brass not silve, even though it is stamped as such. Obviously I have been ripped off but am returning to Bali in 4 weeks has anyone any suggestions how to go about returning this to where I bought it and obtaining a refund or replacement
