A stupid girlfriend of mine just got it, she's lived her for 20 years and was not vaccinated. Ive read a lot about expats contracting it but more recently Ive heard of a lot more cases of Balinese dying from it for lack of treatment, expats know to get to a Doctor.
You must get Typhoid and especially if you shake the wrong hand of a local - sorry but it is true, it comes from:
-Flies.
-Feces.
-Food.
-Fingers
-Fornication
