A couple have Balinese names but of course that means nothing.
The point is, if there were these 2 guys with girls then it's quite possible the comment re talking about a website for call girls is true/likely
Sometimes also it's pretty obvious who is a rented girl & who is in fact a friend or girlfriend
No idea if the original post is true or not but it it could be possible that PB also understands/speaks Balinese or Indonesian themselves
Also possible that the 2 guys were 16 or even under 20 if they were young looking
