Have done a little more research and thank you forumites as think we will give the malaria tabs a miss and just ensure we are not going to get bitten as more worried about Dengue than anything else. Apparently the tyhpoid and Hep A is the one needle and most medical sites or travel sites seem to still recommend this for Bali so will see if the dr really advises it or not. He also previously suggested Dukoral which i think is a powder u drink for cholera but it has been shown that this helps tummy upsets too so will discuss that.
