Had one done for the car to put a bike rack on. It is a small place. Heading over the bridge away from Kuta towards Denpasar the first intersection you come to they have a clothes shop called Animal on the left you turn right there and on the left hand side don't blink as you will miss it is a small tin shop and they make them there be sure to have everything you want on paper so they can understand as they speak very little english but do a great job.
