I think the Spa Bali in Jl. Camplung Tunduk (Dyanapura) 888, Seminyak would be great. Not far up (sort of border of Legian and Seminyak).You can get great treatments there and it is very nice and clean. Used it lots myself and found it very good.
They have 4 and 5 hour treatments. What a great gift.
