Wondering if Pacific Blue/Virgin have a

office in Bali, have friends there at the moment who may have to change plans and come home a week early. I think that it may be worthwhile for them to check with their travel insurance as it is due to ill health of relative, but they would also like to know if there is a local office, or would they have to change on line
