reviews with poor grammar. Many of our guests do not have English as a first language (French, German, Russian etc) and recently we have started asking guests to rate us so some of the reviews we have are from first time reviewers.
That being said I was wondering how much people rally take notice as I see lots of places with really bad ratings that are always full!
