from Kuta you can catch the Perama shuttle bus.Go out of Poppies 1 onto Jl Legian,turn left and walk to the Perama office. Buses leave 6.00,10.00,13.30 and 16.30 and according to their web site costs 25,000rp. Should drop you in the main area of Sanur and you can walk to the Ugly Duckling.
