I used post office at Bintang last October and thought the rate was good so used them but later in the day found a Tourist Service in Poppies I, Beach end and got a better rate 3kg 224.000 and 6k - 10k 446.000.
This was last year don,t know about this year. I have just emailed Uniyana Prima Cargo and are waiting a reply.I have just been told about them. email udiyana@denpasar.wasantara.net.id.
Exportair at Perth Airport do 30k cases for $200.
