We took 10month old last November. I took a stroller from home which worked fine. I used bottled water & milton tablets and sterilised in container I took from home. I also used bottled water to fill his bottles (I didn't worry about boiling it and had no problems).
I took food from home rafferty's packets for his dinners, weetbix for breakfast or he had toast. You can buy jar food in bali but it is extremley expensive (up to $5 a jar), I bought him yoghurts & vegemite to make sandwiches.
I also took huggies nappies for night time and purchased the mama poko nappies to use during the day which were fine.
When we travelled in taxi he just sat on my lap, but for longer trips we had a driver who had a child seat for him to sit in. On the plane I took enough bottles that he would need - there was no problem with taking them or his food and formula. The staff just heated up for me when i needed. We used a dummy for take off and landing or a bottle to help his ears.
Have a great trip!
