We stayed at Ramayana last July. Location is definately a plus. mins walk to Matahari Dept store and supermarket. 5 minutes walk to the beach, McDonalds 3 mins walk, market stalls nearby, security at reception and at the entry to the rooms where they scan everyone who comes in, breakfast was good, there is a bar downstairs with restaurant attached. Not noisey, and would stay there again.
The virus was legionares disease, but I did read that Ramayana cleaned the air cons and there have been no more reports that I have heard. We had our 2 young teens with us, and we all slept iun the family room, no privacy for parents tho as it is just one big room.
