firstly leather boots, if you head towards slingshot ball and water bom there is a wide lane way opposite BGH, about 50m past the boom gate a shop called Bali Brumby, he does a good job for a reasonable price.
Heading back the other way into Kuta the money changer next to Matahari, far side glass doors is very reliable and I have never had an issue, another across the road at the camera shop is also very reliable, he is a stern faced man that never smiles and can appear a bit scary but hes honest as far as I know.
