My partner is heavy weight kickboxing world champion, who is like 110kg of muscle but it didnt stop them from hurling abuse at him, just like the poor nice sweet Bali girl doesnt escape the wrath of some arrogant twat tourist. Hey, I used to work for VODAFONE! I have copped my fair share of insulting customers here too. Nobokdy ever defended me!
Basicly if your in that sort of industry its part of the job description. Doesnt excuse bad behaviour, but its just something you have to put up with :(
