i always book with agoda..always great and pics show what the place really looks like (with the ones i have booked) Asia rooms i booked with once. got to the hotel and was soooo run down. pool was empty and hotel was under construction so got my money back after calling their call centre. Atleast they did that!
not their fault about the construction part i suppose but the pics were so wrong.
