We guests to Bali certainly do not need or deserve more action by the Balinese maffia - it is bad already as it already is.
As to rude, obnoxious behaviour, the Balinese are not different from any tourist. Bad language is a common occurence nowadays, including threats spanning from pure violence by the Laskar to promise like "we are going to contact para-normals so that you will die".
It is time we stay away or go elsewhere and let the Balinese cheat each other, as I am sure they do as well as cheat their guests, the tourists.
Indifferent Balinese staff and management can also drive guests away from hotels and restaurants.
