Had a small amount of botox at bimc a few weeks back. Easily organised thru the bimc website. Of course, immaculately clean, and actually quite painless. About half the cost of Sydney.
The only downside for me was that I was told not to "sweat a lot" refering to exercise, but, hello, we are in Bali(heat). Also no face massages (love the forehead and temples massaged).
Finally, I experienced a dull headache for my entire trip. And, if I dived into a pool, experienced really heavy pressure on my forehead. Maybe this doesn't happen to everyone,but,
next time shall have it done at the end of trip.
