My friend Lidia is leasing out the place. A few interesting tenants and ideas so far. Rather cheap per metre as well compared to the other options.
I've got an invite for a proposed 5 star French restuarant in Beach Walk on 11 November 2011, but hope it's still on track. I haven't book my flight or heard anything for a few months.
