We used to pay about 700000rp per month but then found out we were subsidising a couple of smaller villas as well on the property
We then paid a standard amount per month of 400000rp
Family member who lived in a 4 bedroom house with total of about 5 people there at times, 2 A/c, overhead fan, fridge, 2 TV's, water pump, rice cooker, laptops was around 1million per month
