The Lake Leka (?sp) Restaurant is nearby... just a few doors down on the RHS as you exit hotel. This restaurant usually has dance shows during meal. From memory, there is a cafe on the LHS as you exit hotel on the opposite side of road also.
Alternatively, the Saren Indah will drive you free of charge to anywhere in central Ubud that you wish. They will also pick you up.
Another option.... It is not a long walk through the meandering road/walkway that runs parallel to the Monkey Forest into Monkey Forest Rd where there are numerous restaurants. If it is still daylight, you could walk into central Ubud & then phone the hotel to drive you back.
