I just returned with our 10 month old, i did do a JBR a couple weeks ago.
I found it much easier with him then a 2 or 3 year old that wants to run about restaurants etc.
Taxis we sat him on our lap, was fine.
Plane, he screamed the way over but then produced 4 teeth in the next couple days so maybe this was the problem. He gave up his dummy just before we left which was annoying. So i gave him a bottle on take off and descent.
I used bottled water for his bottles which i boiled in a kettle i brought from home. I also used bottled water for sterilising along with Milton tablets.
I took all his food for the month we were there, weetbix, jars etc. I also gave him some toast etc that we were eating and bought yoghurts.
I took an umbrella stroller which was fine, would do same again. I would prefer a smaller one then a big 3 wheeler. But that depends where you are staying and which roads you need to walk on. Sometimes easier to get in a taxi. They all helped me with putting the pram etc in the boot.
I would stay in an apartment rather then a hotel room to make things easier. We stayed at KTH and a unit in the Jayakarta Hotel.
I am sure you will be fine, enjoy your trip.
