Prams it depends on what type.
We prefer larger wheels and pump up tyres at least to smooth out the ride and make handling easier. Umbrela strollers did not work for us.
Also a good recline makes it better for baby sleeping and the stroller is a good shopping basket or good for carrying towels and drinks and all if out on longer trips.
We used bottled water in an avent electronic steriliser from Bali Baby Care and had no problems at all with babys health.
Travel in taxis is a hard one because they dont have baby seats. Maybe try to limit to short trips and for longer get someone like BBC to do with there family fitted cars.
Cant help with hubby getting sick but just use a gel hand cleaner regular before and after eating and mosy sprays and all should be good. Most of all dont worry because Bali is easy with kids now with hire shops and lots of experience from other mums.
