I Think there are a number of hot springs in Bali - we went to some in Banjar, its a fair trek up north near Lovina, a black volcanic beach with loads of restaurants? Springs were quite good, not steaming hot but mild & pleasant. Spent a few hours there, then lunch. Make it a full day trek, We went tru Bedulal ( big mountain lake with a gorgeous temple) & then cross country ( driver got lost!!) which was interesting seeing the back roads, had to stop & ask directionss a few times, would go again too.
