My first tip would be take the Manduca!!! I have one and used it in Bali and it was a LIFESAVER!!! My daughter slept in it so she wasn't too hot :)It is so much easier than a pram... and then everyone can't grab your baby from you and get in their face...
You can use a pram... it is a bit hard, but it's great at night when bub wants to sleep and you go for dinner.
I bought a kettle from Bintang supermarket and just used it to heat bottled water (not boil it) for her bottles.
I took tins of custard and jar food from home, but she wasn't really interested in food while we were there... She mostly ate rusks and bikkies.....bit of Farex. But you can always order fruit/rice/toast etc when you are out. I would trust it enough to give to my baby.
Bub will sit on your lap in taxi (just like in Perth), they don't go fast and I always feel safe enough.
You are allowed to take water/milk for bottles on plane. Just feed at take off and landing. I use DVD player to keep mine entertained.
Not sure about accommodation, we travel with her own bedding or she sleeps with us and as long as there is aircon for sleeping and a bathtub anywhere is fine for us.
(This was all from when my baby was 10 months)
Don't stress, you will be fine :)
