I admit with Air Asia, yes I normally receive a little heads up in advance with some details of the Sale (KL or Bali) and Travel Period. Though unfortunatley these days they like to create suspense with a countdown and most of SE Asia knows about it too. I prefered when I could just log on 6.30am Monday morning, rather than the 12am Sunday nights!
Jetstar, sorry don't have a contact. However a bit of reading through the lines on their Facebook and Blog, hints of a second week in May.
I wasn't sure if the Birthday sale will include Bali or will be more Japan/New Zealand focus, or 2 for 1. So played it safe and booked the $350 return with Air Asia for July anyway.
