On the bukit is my favourite Bali beach. White sand and not too busy. There are a few places up on the cliff overlooking the beach to stay.
Other things to see on the Bukit are GWK cultural park - large statues and carvings in the face of an old quarry as well as Pura Uluwatu which is well worth a visit.
