the beaches are always clean as the balinese do great job cleaning them the water is still filthy with loads plastic bags etc. floating in it(my husband surfer)has things wrapped around arms and legs when surfing.When i swim I dodge all sorts things in water and definitely Legian and seminyak water much dirtier.
