As per Lillianflower post I get my perfumes in Kuta from a shop that makes then up. The name of the shop is called "Parfume Original" - Address Jl Blambangan No 2F. Ph 08170665420 He charges 35,000 for 20ml and you can have them made in up bottles up to 100ml.
To get there go thru bemo corner (as if heading to Denpasar) take the second street on your right before going over the bridge. Usually not open on Sundays. Sells mens and womens frangrances.
