We are getting married at Tirtha Uluwatu in July. Its one of the glass chapels you are talking about.
Tirtha is on top of the cliff and has a spectacular outlook to the ocean. As the name suggests its near Uluwatu... Its amazing and definately worth a look. We visited there on 3 different occassions last year and all the staff including the wedding planners are great.

They are more than happy for you to email them directly and make an appointment for a tour of the place, it is fairly hard to find so be sure to ask for directions to give to your driver.
They do have reception facilities there, however we chose to have ours back at the hotel so our guests didnt have to travel so far back to their hotels at night.
Tirtha has also supplied us two 24 seat busses which will pick up the guests from the hotels and will return them all to the Padma for our reception.
Our reception is in the presidential suite (private lawn area garden on the beach) The Padma have been great with everything, its is however quite pricey, and there are other resorts offering cheaper options.
We are having suckling pig and about 15 other Indonesian dishes along with 4 hours premium open bar.
Our cake is being made by Ixora Cakes in Seminyak.
They too have a VERY good website showing designs of all their cakes. They are more than happy to make appointments to see you and when you turn up you will be greeted with a taste test. (delicious by the way)
A good thing to note is that most of the big hotels have their own wedding planner... When we were looking we just walked into each of the hotel receptions (in that line of hotels along Legian beach) and asked to speak to the wedding planner for a tour and discussed prices and options etc.
