If you do not qualify with the above YOU WILL BE CHARGED by the police and will either pay coruption or court.
BUT ....remember this is Bali therefore you can rent any of the above without any licences if you pay enough .......
Without experiance you may also get killed or maimed as is the case with a lot of Aussies...month of Feb ...very sadly seven young Aussies in the morg from seperate acc. Indonesian road toll is incredibly high as is Bali's
Indonesian licence needs KITAS and the above etc and possably some corruption to get as there are many requirements and as a foreigner must be renewed every year.
