Nanny/Au pair

Looking for referrals/recommendations for a nanny/au pair who loves children and has reasonable English speaking skills to help out with out extremely energetic, climbing, Houdini 17 month old for a couple of days in July.

Not seeking a babysitter, just an extra pair of eyes and hands please.

Also, what can we expect to pay per day for such a person?
