25 years for the road works, sounds like my local council! I remmember when they did all the footpaths along Legian and down Poppies, it looked impressive and in the end it was good that you didn't have to step over/around the monstrous craters! However the rains came back and the paths went back to the way they were. A waste of money for the locals but a good win for the contractor!
