I am also heading over in 4 weeks with my two besties and we are really interested in taking a cooking class. I have done a little bit of research and we have decided on Lobong Culinary Experience in Ubud. I contacted their email address and they got back to me straight away and sent me their brochure with their address, prices and menu details. I also looked at Paon cooking class in Ubud which has really good reviews in tripadvisor however the last dozen reviews I read said that the classes were too big. Lobong has a class limit of 8 people so that was the decider for me. Both seem to have a similar set up with a market visit in the morning and then back to the family compound and outdoor kitchen to cook and eat together. We are really looking forward to it.
