They can cost as low as 5000rp but will need top up to use to make calls to Aus,say 50,000rp. Sometimes at the smaller places it is hard for communication but if you have done it before is fine.
Ie:I usually pay 20,000rp for the card and set up as a tip for shop keeper if only 5000rp card.
