Have just returned and we changed a bulk of $A(to pay for hotel) at BMC. They are located just up from the Melasti & Legian St lights. If you are standing at the Commonwealth Bank on the corner look directly opposite & up a bit you will see it. There is also another opposite the Bintang Supermarket. They had the best rate the whole time we were there. Ideal for changing large amounts of cash as they have money counting machine (but we always checked it). Other places that are good are Circle K on Padma St (just down past Tommy's leather) and the money changer opp Kumala Panati hotel (outside Internet place). Rates were between 9000-9300 over the 2 weeks.
