You can visit and your children may get to meet some babies that are only hours old. The new parents always receive gifts from your donations to help them start life with the new babe. It may not be the orphanage type situation with lots of kids to meet that you want your children to experience but your donations will be keenly accepted here and used to their greatest benefit.
A big orphanage is just outside Ubud in Dalung..The Bali orphanage also called Tuka Orphanage...Google for details. About 100 children
40 minutes out of Ubud is Bali Kids Orphanage and medical centre but not many babies there that need clothing. About 30 children
There is also a drop off point for donations at Cafe Havana in Ubud. Janet Molloy distributes them to various places in need.
You may like to visit Sjak-itarius on the soccer oval in Ubud. It is a workshop for special needs kids. Mornings are best to visit to meet the kids
