We're off to Bali in a few weeks, and I'm curious about gluten free food - sauces in particular. Last time I just requested no ketchap manis, no probs, but I've since found an old post that said that asian soy sauces were ok, it's only the western varieties that contain wheat. Anyone know for sure?
