We have bought simpati sim cards from the Kodak?? shop/ convenience store on the corner of Rum Jungle & Padma Utara. These were 12.000 rp last September. The set up is included in this price.
Another good one is a little phone shop immediately out the back of Matahari Bungalows(Jl Legian) in Jl(??)Mataram. These were 15.000rp in March.
