Have a look at Sari Bunga on Double 6. Website looks nice and small been recently renovated. Budget price just not much information on trip advisor regarding reviews. Apparently owned by same company as K.P. Only downside is building next door whether you get distubed or not Good Luck in your hunt and let us know what you find.
